Financial Policy

Our goal is to help you understand the investment in dental care, help you maximize your insurance benefits, and provide you with the highest quality dental care. We are a traditional fee-for-service practice, which means that we request payment at the time we perform a service.

We accept most dental insurance plans. If you have a question about your dental insurance coverage, send us an email at business@boonedmd.com or call us at 503.682.3743. We will verify your insurance coverage and let you know the “estimated” amount your insurance company may pay.

To make your dental visit with us more convenient, we can submit an electronic bill to your insurance company and accept assignment of the payment. However, we ask that you pay us your estimated co-payment or coinsurance at the time of service. In addition, you are responsible for any balance remaining that the insurance company does not pay us.

Our responsibility is to provide you with exceptional dental treatment and educate you as to how you can keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible. Although we will work with your insurance company to make the most of your benefits, we always recommend what we consider the best treatment, regardless of your insurance coverage.

At your first visit, please bring in all appropriate insurance information, Social Security number, contract numbers, and group numbers.
