•  The yolk of an egg contains a good amount of Vitamin D. Two large eggs can provide around 10% of your daily requirement.

Mushrooms:

•  Certain types of mushrooms, especially those exposed to sunlight, are a good source of Vitamin D. Shiitake mushrooms, for example, can provide a significant amount of this essential nutrient.

Fortified Foods:

•  Many foods are fortified with Vitamin D, including milk, orange juice, and cereals. Check the labels to see how much Vitamin D these products contain.

Sunshine:

•  Our bodies can naturally produce Vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Spending 10-15 minutes in the sun with exposed skin can help boost your Vitamin D levels. However, it's important to protect your skin from excessive sun exposure.
