![]() Unfortunately, if you are traveling for business or in another precarious position, it might not be convenient to pull out a toothbrush or a roll of floss. By following a few tricks, though, you can clean your teeth discreetly even when you are on the go. Buy a Travel-Sized ToothbrushTake a trip to your neighborhood pharmacy and look at the travel-sized toiletries. There will likely be a small toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste that can discreetly fit into your purse or briefcase. If you spend a lot of time in your car, you can also conveniently store them in your glove compartment - just don't brush while you're driving.Rinse Your Mouth OutSometimes you just have to make do with what you've got. If you don't have access to a toothbrush and toothpaste and you just drank a soda or had lunch, even simply rinsing your mouth out with water can go a long way in protecting your teeth. You'll rinse acids and sugar off of your teeth before they'll have the chance to cause any damage to the enamel.Be Mindful of Others While it shouldn't be strange to brush your teeth throughout the day, some people do find it off-putting to go into a public restroom only to find someone brushing. For this reason, you might want to shorten these sessions to less than the standard two minutes. Even a quick brushing with some water can be beneficial. Chew on It If you need to clean your teeth discreetly and can't brush, chewing on some sugar-free gum is a great alternative. Always carry a pack in your bag so that you can clean your teeth in a bind. You can follow up by brushing when the opportunity arises.
