I'm sure we can all agree that changing dentists can be a stressful experience. I'm not dentist phobic, but there's just enough of an edge, that I didn't have finding a new dentist at the top of my "to do" list. Upon a recommendation, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boone and was more than pleasantly surprised. I was given a tour of the office, shown each staff personnel and introduced to those who weren't with patients. Kassie and Megan (?) were an absolute joy to work with even though I was being poked and prodded. Dr. Boone was very pleasant, professional and attentive. I appreciate the information and concern I was given. I can certainly upgrade my patient file to "Relaxed" where asked how I feel about going to the dentist.

In over 60 years of having dental procedures, I can unequivocally say that Dr. Boone and her staff far excel the norm. Dr. Boone is highly knowledgeable in her work and I trust her to take care of my teeth. The office is state of the art, and meticulously clean. The staff is organized, professional, warm and caring. Normally, I have a high anxiety level with dentist procedures. They make every effort for me to feel pampered and comfortable. Oh.... and did I mention the massage dental chair, the piped in music, and the pillow for your head.... the best.

I am a former patient who recently returned to the area. Coming back to Boone's Landing Dental was like returning home after a long trip. Over the years, I was never able to find a dental team as competent, customer focused and easy to work with as Dr. Boone's team. During my absence, they have become even better. The team took the time to provide superior service while also informing and educating me to understand the best ways to improve my dental health. The staff are the best you will ever work with. Had a great experience with a routine visit with Dental Hygienist Cassie today! Cassie is super knowledgeable, friendly and takes lots of precautions to keep my sensitive teeth comfortable during exams and cleanings. She is a total rockstar who makes teeth cleaning more pleasurable than dreaded. I can tell she really enjoys her profession. She's like a Wikipedia on so many things related to dental procedures and care.

This review also begs a huge shout-out to April who has meticulously conducted a series of teeth whitening procedures with the same level of skill and grace as Cassie. April has spent a lot of time, patience and perseverence conducting office whitening on my ultra sensitive teeth. She also sends me home with follow-up protocol to eliminate discomfort. The way she preps my teeth before the whitening procedure is unprecedented. So much appreciation for April's talent and attention to detail.

Both Cassie and April have been wonderful to work with and pay close attention to notes in my file about all of the specifics with my teeth. They are well prepared and organized even before I walk in the treatment room.

Dr. Boone is so talented and has the utmost expertise in her profession. She's also very forthcoming in a kind way and gives options when able to keep costs reasonable and within budget. She spent a visit creating a series of fillings for my gumline recessions that are so perfectly crafted they completely blend with my teeth. Her restorative/cosmetic dental work is absolutely beautiful and truly an art.

Office professionals Nikki and Tammy are super knowledgeable, service-minded, keep me on track with appointments and know exactly what products I need when I leave. They are like having personal shoppers, schedulers and accountants at the office. They know more about my future appointment calendar and procedures than I do. They are the nicest ladies, too.

I appreciate this entire team so much. They have patiently and warmly worked with all of my unique dental issues. My healthy teeth, gums and bright smile are attributed to all of these ladies.

I can't thank them enough for standing by me to ensure the highest level of dental health
